I'm not sure what my body fat is, but the tanita scale says 14%. my 4 pack is visible but still don't have a 6 pack.

My trainer said that I have a great shape to compete in figure...is it really possible to lean down for comp on 25th May and another one on 1st June?

The most frustrating part is I work hard and stick to nutrition but I seem to lose fat extremely slowly!! it seems to plateau very quickly. I've been doing two sixty minute cardio sessions per day at low to moderate intensity. I know my trainer has now increased and decreased fats, carbs and protein every single day from today to try and shock the body.

Would appreciate anyone's comments either experienced themselves or now what I should do, etc.
cheers
Colleen
