Just switched to a 3 day split &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Back/tris &lt;br&gt;  Chest/bis &lt;br&gt;  Legs/shoulders &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  3 exercises 2 sets each. Nothing to heavy and nothing holding heavy weights (no heavy rows, deadlifts, sldl). &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Just posted new pics in the critique section.
