My hardest battle when sick is eating.  I' m just not hungry.   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Keep the posts coming.  I might just run to the store now and get a Vitamin C supplement. (Guest)</title><description>  Someone else mentioned this but, I think vitamin C is realy underated, I take in about 3-4 grams a day. (Guest)</title><description>  I have found that pushing yourself back to the gym is NOT the way to go. It usually prolongs the sickness. I can loose up to 10 lbs in a week, but it is obvoiusly not muscle. Take it easy, fluids and rest is the way to go.
