(Weapon X)

 http://www.findarticles.com/

I didn't know this, but pretty much all the articles they write up in Flex, Muscle and Fitness, etc... are available on the net to read. If you go to that site and type in your favorite bodybuilders name... a bunch of training articles will come up. Those that actually have Q and A collumns are really helpfull. I typed in Dorian Yates and all his "Ask Dorian" articles are in there from the past couple of years. It's cool... people write in that they are having a problem with a bodypart or diet, etc... and he gives some advice.

Very cool three day workout routine for people with limted time do to work/family or whatever... http://www.findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0KFY/is_5_21/ai_103376705
