It was a special thing today but I know about the running before lifting. &lt;br&gt;  &lt;br&gt; 155Lbs was up for benchpress but it was so light I just felt like pushing 3x8 instead of 3x5. The deadlifts feel like I can start it maybe next week. &lt;br&gt;  &lt;br&gt; Since it was the last workout of the week I decided to do weighted ab work. Decline bench doesnt go down much and it feels weird (not painful) trying to do it while holding a plate. Don't know what's a way to work it well. Tried to do deadlifts but it didn't feel right and didn't want to risk it. Not sure why it was only 135Lbs for warmup and I couldn't do it without feeling something weird in my back. Doing the squat and chinups didn't affect me much so I don't know.   &lt;br&gt;  &lt;br&gt; Good thing is messing with the reps for those weeks made me feel much better on the benchpress!!! I got up to 155Lbs for 3 sets of 9 with ease which this was a weight I could of barely done 3 sets of 5. Might stick with something like this for benchpress and possibly OH Press since 5Lbs increase is not good for me.   &lt;br&gt;  &lt;br&gt; Originally was doing starting strength with no assistance work until 2nd week. Trying to get back with the form thing but deadlifts killed it so I just felt doing chinups to take the spot.   &lt;br&gt;  &lt;br&gt; Within a week or so will do a video for form check.
