Save your money and do this
Buy some waximaize, bcaa and some creatine mono.
Take 1-2 scoops of waximaize
10-15 grams of BCAA
5 grams creatine
mix and consume IMMEDIATELY after last rep.
20 min later take your protein.
You will get a far better product at half the price

I just started takin it too. I was also wondering about the effects. I do know however it taste like butt. By far one of the worst tasting supplement I have ever taken. But being beautiful isnt easy....

any suggestions for a a type of creatine to go with???

i was looking at thiS creatine ethyl ester from axis lab any good?

The product is fine, just way too expensive. I would just hit Creatine and Protein post workout instead of this stuff.

shure? Shotgun is before. Halo is after. Not alot of people have the cash or trust to try Halo here so I couldn't tell ya. Use the search button a few people have asked about it already and I can't remember what some of the smarter guys here said about it.

Has anybody ever tried this??? it says it is a post workout supplement so if I were to take NO shotgun would it even pay to take this?
