(poisondart90)

Nothing is wrong with stimulents, I just am not a fan of them. I don't like artificial energy boosts especially for use in weight loss. It's more of a personal moral standard than a health standard. No kidding it's complicated, that's why I couldn't give you a miracle, cure-all answer. When I first started asking questions on this site I was quite intimidated. You really do have to be interested by this stuff in order to achieve great results. You need to research, compare, and plan in order to achieve gains. My old approach was the one you mentioned, lift, get bigger, diet, lose weight. Bad idea, and I'm really glad I found this forum.

RE: What is load phase? and what supps should I add? (charleyhustle)

Yeah that helped alot. Whats wrong with stims, Im new at this, I thought body building would be simple, lift and get bigger, diet and lose weight, but damn, I just looked in best of supps and I realize how deep this stuff goes, very interesting. I also realized how many of my questions are allready answered in past posts and mod posts, good stuff, great site.

RE: What is load phase? and what supps should I add? (poisondart90)

Slow down a minute and don't just jump into what additional supplements you should put in your body when you do not even know what a load phase is. Your body can only obsorb so much of a certain substance such as creatine and when trying to reach this saturation level, consuming 5 grams, 4 times daily for a few days will saturate your muscles more quickly than taking just one 5 gram dose of creatine daily. The only benefit in loading is that it will be much sooner when you start to see the effects. The long term results are really the same. I am not an advocate of taking anything like HydroxyCut but i know that some people on the forums are so I'll let them talk about stimulants. In order to preserve muscle loss, if that is your goal, consider supplementing with BCAA's before and after runs. The only sure-fire way to not lose muscle is to lift at the same time. I'm assuming you do this although nothing in your signature indicates so. Well I hope this helped.

What is load phase? and what supps should I add?
