I have a real skinny guy ripped look, if you can picture it. But I really want to bulk up. Not just for sports reasons, but for self-confidence.

I have done the gym thing on-and-off for about 5 years. When I say on-and-off, I mean that I have gone for 9 straight months, taken 3 months off, gone for a year, and stopped for another month.

I have never seen excellent results.

I have tried following programs, but it is just too tough - complex really - for me.

I work two jobs and and go to college. I literally have just a few extra hours a day - and the last thing I have time for is driving downtown to our local gym.

I COULD do it - but if so, I'd like to see results.

I'd like to get bigger overall. Stronger back, stronger arms and chest and bigger legs.

I have tried a ton of workouts, but as a hard gainer I dont know what to do.

I am so limited on time available to go to gym.

But what do I try? What are the types of meals I should eat? I need a plan that is possible to stick to.

I am thinking the main part of this is eating enough. I need to hit certain goals, but also want to remain healthy. I don't want me health to go bad just trying to eat more red meat, etc.

What are some targets I can hit in calories, carbs, protein? Are supplements a waste of money at the point I am at?

I just need some guidance.

Is a home-gym a good route since I don't have much time outside school and work. I do have enough money to afford homegym payments.

I know I shouldn't be, but I am very self concious about being the "skinny guy."

I appreciate all of your help in advance. Thank you so much.

(I will also post this on the main board - so disregard it if you have read this, it is just a copy and paste.)
