This is only 10grams total, i see ppl taking much more but i think it is not neccessary because your muscules saturate w/ creatine and then the rest is wasted. It only stays in your blood stream for about an hour (from what ive read) but can stay in your muscles for as long as 4 days, so no need to take it on your off days in my opinion.

RE: Protein With Creatine (chrisfeeney15)

this is slightly off subject..but iv been told ya should take creatine for about 6 weeks then take a month off it, is this nesesary? or can you take it for as long as you want??

RE: Protein With Creatine (JohnnyB21)

ORIGINAL: poisondart90

A substance's bioavailability is determined by the substance and how its surrounding affect it. MuscleTech products are usually comparable to much cheaper ones. Therefore if money was no object, go for either! It just annoys people that they claim that their products will do more than it ever seems even possible... and usually because it isn't possible.

RE: Protein With Creatine (charleyhustle)

The creatine I take says 1serving in the morning and 1serving after u work out, the creatine I got is creakic ( right after I opened it everyone posted I take it back damn it) this is in conflict of some posts I just read.
