I clocked it @ 1&amp;nbsp;mile &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  I got my lift on later on today &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  squats  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  my numbers are the same &lt;br&gt;  I got up to 145 lbs again, but I only did like 4 reps at that wegiht &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  db bench press &lt;br&gt;  1x6-20's &lt;br&gt;  1X6-25's &lt;br&gt;  1x6-30's &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  military press&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  3x8-15's &lt;br&gt;  3x8-push ups  &lt;br&gt;  3x8-15's db rows &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  rows &lt;br&gt;  1x8-60 &lt;br&gt;  1x8-80 &lt;br&gt;  1x6-100 &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  lat pulls &lt;br&gt;  3x8-60 &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  oooohhhhh I had fun today. I think it would look awesome if I get rid of some of that blubber that covers it.
