Its in my lungs and its still not completely gone so its pretty hard to workout.&amp;nbsp; Im getting better though. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Incline Bench &lt;br&gt;  155 x 8 &lt;br&gt;  155 x 8 &lt;br&gt;  155 x 6 &lt;br&gt;  135 x 6 &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Skull Crusher &lt;br&gt;  90 x 8 &lt;br&gt;  90 x 8 &lt;br&gt;  86 x 7 &lt;br&gt;  80 x 7 &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Pull up &lt;br&gt;  i have no idea what i did. it went something like &lt;br&gt;
