(usmczig)

 rippedchick: agreed.

easy e, I'm waiting for boot camp as well, and while strength is very important in the military (depending on which service you choose.. if it's the air force, just be sure you can pick up a stack of papers and bring them to a copying room ), there are some other things to consider. what service are you going into? if you're going into the Army or Marine Corps, ENDURANCE is infintely valuable in basic training.

RE: TIME 2 CUT! (rippedchick)

Easy_E: you're overworking youself. The military doesn't require that of you and more time to rest and let your muscles heal would go a lot farther than what you're doing now. When you work out you are actually breaking down muscle fiber and that takes time to rebuild.

RE: TIME 2 CUT! (Easy_E)

I posted pics a lil while ago and said the same thing... i am currently doing the military training... not easy and you have to be 100% dedicated like the military..

haha mines a lot easier but it should get close to the same results.... Example of a normal day for me.

6am- wake up. run. started at 1 mile upt ot 2 right now. trying to5 miles... so once i get it. it iwll be 5 miles in the morning
8:30am-work
6:pm get out of work.
6:30 GYM keep working the muscles. added in military tools. Up downs , pushups, pullups on a daily basis inbetween every excersize. if you can imagine the gym is one VERY VERY long trip
9pm. Run again as long as you can. want 5 miles here too.
11pm die in bed till 6am.

so far i;ve been running every other day right now. i cant handel it everyday yet, im dead the next day and can barely make it to the gym after work.

TIME 2 CUT! (GreyHoundRugby)

Ok Rugby season is around the bend and im doing alot of pylometrics (not as much cardio) and weights. Im 245-250 right now and i need to cut quite a bit. I need a good 6 to 12 week plan to lose as much as possible to around 230-220. This US Eagles thing is a pain in the @$$. But a full ride to a big 10 or big 12 school sounds pretty nice . So if anyone can give me a good athlete oriented plan where i can lift and run, id appreciate it. Also in detail if you have a link or someting. Any other suggestions greatly appreciated
