We're both going completely seperate directions on it, but are both planning the other person's meals.  Since I'm a big guy with more of an Arnold metabolism, I need to cut out most of my carbs and go to a full and rich diet. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  He's a little guy and is going to end up eating a lot more pastas and fatty meats. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  We're both going to do the same cardio and figure out what works best for us. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  I'll let you know how it goes if there is interest. &lt;br&gt;  I'm at 330lbs. day 1 with 22% bodyfat. &lt;br&gt;  He's at 159lbs. day 1 with 17% bodyfat. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Take care! </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=33273</link><pubDate>Wed, 29 Dec 2004 07:50:21 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
