(PearlJammer919)

Well, heres the way I work. I was just on Kre-Alkalyn(creatine) and I noticed that I was getting a very small amount of excess water retention in my face, so I stopped using it. I've used it for a month, and it helped with a some size/strength. Powdered creatine mono will do the same, if not more. Basically, if you dont drink enough water, you will be really bloated. Shoot for 1.5-2 gallons daily. Even with that, you may still retain some extra in your face or stomach. I retain it in my face, and I cant have that. It will not effect your training, it will help your training since you will have more creatine in the muscle tissue, means more weight can be worked with. From creatine, expect strength and size increases especially if you've never used it before. And also, expect some water retention. It's normal, but I can't stand it.

RE: ON Micro Creatine?? (rsguy86)

Hey thanks for your replies. So by having excess water its going to make me appear more bloated?? Will it affect my training? Is this with all creatine? Any suggestions you have since you probably know more about this than me?

Thanks again.
RE: ON Micro Creatine?? (PearlJammer919)

Simple, and plain creatine mono. Good stuff. Be prepared to have excess water retention though. I'm unaware of your body type, but you might not like the excess water weight creatine comes with. Just a warning.
RE: ON Micro Creatine?? (rsguy86)

 Hey guys,

So today I went out and bought some ON Micronized Creatine. Until now I was only taking ON 100% Whey Protein and a muti-vitamin. I feel that I have gotten my nutrition in order and my training has come along way. After reading on the board, I guess alot of people agree with the just regular Pure Micro Creatine? So I don't how good or the reviews on ON Micro Creatine are since I only have used their protein and the protein is quite good.

Any comments on this creatine? I have also noticed alot of people talking about SizeOn, but it was $55. Does it really have a huge difference?

Thanks guys!
