My guess is simple and if they are then you should use this as a post workout drink and maybe take some of it right before your workout in combination with some low gi carbs like oatmeal or something to give you a mix of long lasting energy and quick energy.&amp;nbsp; Its not really good to have fat in your post workout drink as this slows down the absorbtion of nutrients, (post workout you need fast absorbing&amp;nbsp; protein and carbs to kickstart recovery) so do not add anything else high in fat like peanut butter to your drink.
