(detox29)</title><description>  Hey, thanks for the reply? &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  You're definitely right on the protein part, although I do take a protein shake on my weight training days(about 28g). (edrice2)</title><description>  is your main goal then fat loss? how tall are you and what do u weigh? did u figure out the calories you need with one of the tools here or elsewhere on line? &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  you are not eating enough protein regardless, you should strive for protein at every meal-your 11,3,6 and 10 have none. your breakfast needs more as well.  &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  you also need more fat, the olive oil looks like all &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  aim to have proportional meals as well, so that they are more balanced...tuna and egg whites could be dispersed so you are just having one then have another with each meal &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  eat more complex carbs rather than that fruit, some fruit would be fine but you have way too much sugar in comparison to coplex carbs &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  the veggies look good, keep that up &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  are you weight training? if so, you should be having some sort of post workout shake &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  i think the most imporatnt thing to do first is get ur protein up so you dont lose much muscle...without knowing your weight or anything its hard to give u a rough number of how high, but definitely more that what you ahve &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;   </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=315687</link><pubDate>Fri, 09 Nov 2007 15:08:07 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title> Not sure about my diet...help please? (detox29)</title><description>  Hey all, I'm 16 and I've been following a very basic diet scheme. I've definitely reduced my bodyfat, but I feel like I need to to take it to the next level. Basically goes something like this: &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  8am : oatmeal with dried apricots &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  11am: fruit salad (apples/pears/bananas)  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  1pm - Salad(lettuce,tomatoes,sweetcorn,capers,olives,olive oil) &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Tuna &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Egg whites &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Low-fat yoghurt (about 65kcal and 0.5g fat) &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  3pm - Apple &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  6pm - Apple &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  8.30pm - Grilled chicken breast  &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Spinach w/ olive oil &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Broccoli &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Cauliflower &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; String Beets &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  10pm - Some broccoli  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  I think I eat way too much fruit, what do you guys suggest?
