I gave up on being serious in body building.. I mean I did for the past 2 months or so i just did not care I liked how I looked.. He broke his leg now though so he is out of the gym and they shrunk to 18..&amp;nbsp; But for real though his training sucked.. It's over training and his diet sucks.. I mean last summer I was pretty fat.. I have some pictures I could scan for you..&amp;nbsp; I had gotten to a dirty bulked 215 or so the beginning of 08 and mid 07.. the amount of muscle just changed.&amp;nbsp;  &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  You will notice that after you bulk some of your measurements may be way above others not to mention my shoulder width is only like 53 inches.&amp;nbsp; I am narrow, I have a very odd shape so I have been told.&amp;nbsp; I could actually look really big without a shirt around 185lbs and 5% BF.. But my arms would fall to 15 inches and I wouldn't fit my clothes tight like I do now.&amp;nbsp;  &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  I stopped worrying about 240 because honestly bro.. I took a **** load of juice, Pro hormones and it really doesn't even seem to make a difference even with an intake of 6,000 calories per day. So I stopped worrying about it, I honestly don't even know what I weigh right now. I know I am back and above 200lbs I am not as lean anymore as I was when I was 195.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I really don't want to see what I weigh lol, I don't really care.&amp;nbsp; Measurements are this right now  &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  Arms : 16 1/2  &lt;br&gt;  Chest: 43 inches &lt;br&gt;  Shoulder width : 53 inches&amp;nbsp;  &lt;br&gt;  If I expand my lats my chest width goes to 46 inches  &lt;br&gt;  Legs: 23inches  &lt;br&gt;  Calves: 15 inches &lt;br&gt;  Forearms 13 1/4  &lt;br&gt;  Neck 17 inches  &lt;br&gt;  Waist 31 3/4 inches  &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  Anyways got to get back to work! My face is cut down one side my eye was cut open.. I have a bit of a black eye.. My 400$ watch is gone.. my knuckles are still a bit swelled up.&amp;nbsp;...  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  My friends and I were attacked by 15 - 20 guys.. Just the four of us.&amp;nbsp; Suprisingly enough though we actually held our ground and some of them got more hurt then we did.. Fighting 3 guys at once standing and 5 - 6 on the ground was not pleasant.. For about 1 full minute I was actually on my back covered up until I pulled someone down with me got on top of him and started beating him.. Then thank god my friends pulled the guys off my back but they took my shirt with them.. So here I am blood down my face attacking anything that hits me with my shirt off..&amp;nbsp; The scary part is a kind of liked it.. I don't like gangs and it looks like we were attacked by a whole gang.&amp;nbsp; I couldn't tell you if I knocked anyone out though.. It was more like me standing and trading punches after I got hit by random people who were trying to KO me..
