I drink half with a scoop of creatine right after working out. Then sip the remainder over the next 30-45 minutes. An hour later I have my last meal for the day of peanut butter, non-fat cottage cheese, low carb milk and whey protien as a shake. I actually make it about 30 oz. total and save about 10 oz to drink in the middle of the nite so I do not go all nite without some protien.

RE: Post-workout supplements (AnimalForever1)

Animal Nitro right before and right after my workout, then about 30-40 minutes later AnimalMax protein shake with some extra glutamine and some Flaxseed oil, then AnimalPak.

RE: Post-workout supplements (Weapon X)

Mass Recovery by ABB right after my workout... followed by a solid meal about an hour later. Do a search on the ABB products... the grape kicks @#$.

Also, I have tried Surge by Biotest... that's good as well, but it doesn't taste as good as the Mass Recovery. I believe it's the cheapest off of Testosterone.net.

RE: Post-workout supplements (jram)

Glutamine immediately after the workout, Protein Shake an hour after and twice during the day, CLA, and a multiple vitamin.

Peace

RE: Post-workout supplements (Marc David)

 Creatine
Protein shake
Carbs

Never tried AST stuff except their glucosamine product a long time ago.

Post-workout supplements (sof_2)

What post workout supplements do you guys take?

Anyone tried AST NAC 500?
