First i'll start with the Vasocharge. It says take 1-2 scoops 30-45 minutes before my workout. The Xtend says to split 4 scoops before and during your workout, so what i did was take the Vasocharge first. Then, i waited 30 minutes and took 2 scoops of Xtend (before workout). Then, I took 2 more scoops during my workout. Does this sound okay?
