I was recommended by a friend he reads the threads allot but he’s not a member. I'm here because I want to bulk up a bit but I’m 6'0" and 160 pounds I just read the PDF with all the info I'll give up the info I got together. I've been working out from home for awhile now my stamina has increased a good bit but I haven’t been gaining any weight is see why having read the article. But I got some general questions and looking for some advice. But I'm a collage student with a full time job but I got the time to put a few hours to working out. I do eat a lot already but I don’t really think its very nutritional to be honest (cant help me if I'm lying).Some questions I have are below

I wanted to ask about Creatine & NO2 supplements, I’ve heard of both just wondering what would be better I would think after what I read that the no2 is not what I need. But I'm mostly looking to gain some weight and still stay fit. I used to run track so I'm pretty small I still run a good bit when I get angry ha-ha.

Also I really don’t have the time and money to go to a gym, but I do have some equipment nothing special
1 barbell with weights
1 Test bar wit weights
But I do a few different exercises daily but would like if some one could help me build a decent schedule so I can make this happen and any sites showing anything would be nice but my doctor said I needed to get into shape because the last few years I always feel sore and since I started I got to feeling better and not getting sick as much. But thanks for reading this very long post its probably killing you was much as it did me to write.

Thanks In Advance

Btw i forgot to add this:
160x11= 1760 calories (what i need without moving)
1760x.50= 2640 (high metablosim
2640+500= 3140(to gain)

I would have the protein done but I don’t know my body-fat % so ill have to do with out that till I get more of my school loans paid up. Also as an added note i normaly already eat 4 meals a day and I pack snacks like Penut-butter sandwitchs for school
