﻿<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?><rss version="2.0"><channel><title>Help me please : Stength Problem</title><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/</link><description /><copyright>(c) DiscussBodybuilding.com</copyright><ttl>30</ttl><item><title> Help me please : Stength Problem (tinkupuri)</title><description>  &lt;font face="arial"&gt;I am working out since 1 year .When i begin I was 99.5KG and now i am at 82KG.Still having 'good' fat in my body to be loose.&lt;/font&gt; &lt;br&gt;    &lt;font face="arial"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt; &lt;br&gt;    &lt;font face="arial"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;Problem&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt; &lt;br&gt;    &lt;font face="arial"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt; &lt;br&gt;    &lt;font face="arial"&gt;From last 3 months I was working on high intensity workout [40 min cardio 1.5 hour of weight training]. I continued it for 3 months, then due to holiday. I stop working out for 15 days when i return from holidays , now when I came to gym I did 20min cardio successfully and when start working on back i did first two exercise with good form then i start losing my strength. And after approx 10 min I was not feeling like I can even stand erectly, and feeling too ‘sleepy’ even I sleep 7 hours sleep.&lt;/font&gt; &lt;br&gt;    &lt;font face="arial"&gt;Now whenever I go to gym I can’t workout more than 40 min…when I start weight training I start losing my strength I don’t know what to do now because I have start losing my muscle mass too so please help me, even loosing my motivation&lt;/font&gt; &lt;br&gt;    &lt;font face="arial"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt; &lt;br&gt;    &lt;font face="arial"&gt;NOW My Questions &lt;/font&gt; &lt;br&gt;    &lt;font face="arial"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt; &lt;br&gt;    &lt;font face="arial"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;u&gt;Is there any problem with my nutrition? [my average meals as per below]&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt; &lt;br&gt;    &lt;font face="arial"&gt;&lt;b&gt;My Meals&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt; &lt;br&gt;    &lt;font face="arial"&gt;Meal - 1 cup Almonds and Peanuts &lt;/font&gt; &lt;br&gt;    &lt;font face="arial"&gt;Meal 2 – Rice Flakes 1 Cup with milk, 1 Protein Shake &lt;/font&gt; &lt;br&gt;    &lt;font face="arial"&gt;Meal 3 – Pasta, ½ cup almonds , 1 slice Whole Wheat Grain Bread with Peanut Butter&lt;/font&gt; &lt;br&gt;    &lt;font face="arial"&gt;Meal4- Pre workout Protein Shake , 2 Slice Whole Wheat Grain Bread with Peanut Butter&lt;/font&gt; &lt;br&gt;    &lt;font face="arial"&gt;Meal5- Green Salad (with Cabbage, celery , Tomato, Spanich) with Low fat Dressing &lt;/font&gt; &lt;br&gt;    &lt;font face="arial"&gt;Meal6- Protein Shake (while go to bed)&lt;/font&gt; &lt;br&gt;    &lt;font face="arial"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt; &lt;br&gt;    &lt;font face="arial"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;u&gt;Why I can’t push more weight? [I.e. before I was able to do bench press with 60KG now I can’t do it with 50KG even I need support at 50KG.]&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt; &lt;br&gt;    &lt;font face="arial"&gt;Any guidance or tips to avoid this situation , I asked this to my trainer he is saying due to 15 day’s gap of your gym training you are having this problem. But is it true only 15 days gap make you like “lazy pud”.&lt;/font&gt; &lt;br&gt;    &lt;font face="arial"&gt; &lt;br&gt;   &lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;u&gt;why i feel so sleepy after 20 mins of workout ? &lt;/u&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/file:///C:/Users/Jpuri/AppData/Local/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif"&gt;&lt;u&gt;[the most irritating problem] &lt;br&gt;   &lt;/u&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;this is biggest problem with me after finishing my cardio i totally feel energy less and start feeling like sleepy.
