﻿<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?><rss version="2.0"><channel><title>Weight Loss</title><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/</link><description /><copyright>(c) DiscussBodybuilding.com</copyright><ttl>30</ttl><item><title> Weight Loss (SomeGuy42)</title><description>  I am new to these forums but they seem like they can get me some help &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Im 16 6'3" and about 240lbs &lt;br&gt;  Ive realized that i really need to lose some weight, and id like to drop to about 190-200 &lt;br&gt;  I know this will take time, but what i need is a diet plan, Exercise plan, and possibly some dietary supplements that can help along the way &lt;br&gt;  Im a totally Novice when it comes to weight loss and exercise terms, so anything explained is much appreciated. &lt;br&gt;  Ive cut out all forms of soda, eating 5-6 smaller meals a day, and taking a multi vitamin.  &lt;br&gt;  Im not completely out of shape, i have decent stamina and can lift about 60lbs for consistent periods of time. &lt;br&gt;  My Current Workout is this: &lt;br&gt;  Every Other Day- &lt;br&gt;  Pushups 3x10 &lt;br&gt;  Calf Ups 2x25 &lt;br&gt;  Crunches 2x50 &lt;br&gt;  And i run about 1/2 mile each day, trying to build up running stamina. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  I started this all about 2 weeks ago, is there anything i need to stop? change? add? &lt;br&gt;  Any help at all would be very grateful. &lt;br&gt;  But im not going for straight weightloss, id like to build some upper body strength, particularly the pecks, as i have nothing but fat there :(, and some arm strength. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Once again i am a Novice and know pretty much nothing about this sort of thing. &lt;br&gt;  Thanks for Help, Criticism, and Suggestions. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;   </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=291780</link><pubDate>Mon, 27 Aug 2007 01:42:07 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
