(Marc David)</title><description>  I know I also have the Accu-Meausre which is a pinch style fat caliper.  That did come with a little booklet that shows men/women's fat percentage based upon a 1 spot pinch test.  I'm pretty sure I didn't get that with the Myotape.   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  The link I sent.. yeah.. I might have messed up.   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  It's for measuring your body. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  You really want this in order to measure body fat.
