(NickL28)</title><description>  On workout days: &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Presently taking between 10g - 25g of creatine in pills &amp;amp; liquid mixed with vitamin water. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  2 muscle milk shakes a day one in morning &amp;amp; one after workout with 1% lowfat milk. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Twinlabs ZMA before bed (3 pills).  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Flax seed Oil tablets -- 3 per day.  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Should I keep on this on non workout days.&amp;nbsp; I workout 4 or 5 times a week.&amp;nbsp;  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Trying to gain weight &amp;amp; mass -- 5'6" about 130LBS up from around 116LBS back in May.  &lt;br&gt;   </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=279673</link><pubDate>Sat, 28 Jul 2007 15:41:36 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
