(laxmasta101)</title><description>  um if you want to i would say pick up some branched-chain amino acids (bcaa's) for around your workout time. the help prevent muscle breakdown. and you can pick up some creatine monohydrate if you want (dunno if this counts although it is made up of three amino acids) &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  for bcaa's, take 5-10 grams during or before working out &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  for creatine monohydrate, i personally would load for the first week with 20g per day (five grams of those should be consumed immediately postworkout on workout days) and after that 5g a day, either immediately after working out or first thing in the morning if you are not working out that day. </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=277619</link><pubDate>Tue, 24 Jul 2007 17:29:08 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title> amino acid regimen?
