Basically lost all my gains. &lt;br&gt;  Went back down to around 53 Kilos.  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Buttt Nowwwwwwwwww; &lt;br&gt;  5 months later, and im up to 65 Kilos. &lt;br&gt;  Pretty much all muscle gains. =] &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Overall; &lt;br&gt;  Started - 23rd July/Last Year/42Kilos &lt;br&gt;  Now - 19th Oct/65 Kilos &lt;br&gt;  23 Kilos gained, with a 5 month break. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Pretty good, i rkn. :P &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=427786</link><pubDate>Sat, 18 Oct 2008 17:40:24 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title> RE: So, it begins - "Something Better's" Journal (SomethingBetter)</title><description>  mmmk well, just a little update. lmao :P &lt;br&gt;  Havn't been on in agers, but yes i am still lifting. :D &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  I started at 114 pounds&amp;nbsp;on July 23rd. &lt;br&gt;  I am now at 126.3 pounds on October 8th. &lt;br&gt;  So that's 12.3 gain in abit over 2months. I would be more, but i got sick a couple weeks ago and couldn't eat or lift. :O :( &lt;br&gt;  Lost 1kg from that week. but i'm going well, my gains are pretty much all muscle. I &lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;u&gt;need&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt; to gain weight. lol. I've always been very skinny.  &lt;br&gt;  SO... I want to get to &lt;u&gt;atleast&lt;/u&gt; 165 lbs with low bf %. I know this will take a LONG time, but i'm prepared and ready to take the challenge. :D &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  I'm very good when it comes to the diet side of things. So no worrying about that. I cook all of my own meals. (Which i thought was pretty good) &lt;br&gt;  My second week, i gained 2.6 pounds!!  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Most of that is probably fat tho. Altho i can't say for sure,&amp;nbsp;seeing as i don't have calipers, but still me being an ultimate ecto.
