Since you seem to be starting early, stick with a normal workout routine, broken up into days by body part (found ALL over the website), and lots of running. Get your cardio in. Not so much distance, but sprints. You get through this now, then when camp runs around you'll have the edge, trust me.
RE: Help (rippedchick)

That is really going to depend on what your coaches are looking for. Have you asked them what you can do to prepare for the position? Plus if you ask now and train specifically how they tell you to for it, they are WAY more likely to look to you first when they're trying to fill the spot.

Help (football4ever)

 Hey everyone
This will be my second year playing football and i want it to be a great one. I am currently a TE but i really want to be HB
since our team is in need of a good HB. If someone could post up some drills, workouts, supplements, etc. that would be great thank you
