(ss396)</title><description>  hello , im in my third month of training now , slowly getting use it it , i have been consistant with working each muscle group to the best of my ability once a week. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;i have made gains , but i dunno if there what im looking for ,  &lt;br&gt;  when i started april 9th&amp;nbsp; i was about 140-145 5'11 . i am now close to 160 , i dont take suppliments yet but im going to soon .a multi vitamin and a weight gainer , my goal is to be a ripped 185 ,&amp;nbsp;  &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;i dont know my body fat now . &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;i have gained weight but i dunno what is muscle and what is fat!&amp;nbsp; on my obliques and back it looks like fat , its jiggly hahaha , and&amp;nbsp; all the way up my sides to my pecs its like cllulite&amp;nbsp; and on the side of my pecs&amp;nbsp; connecting horizontly to my lats its like&amp;nbsp; cellulite ,  &lt;br&gt;  fromt he advice ive taking im suppost to be on the "see food" diet , see food and eat it cuz im bulking , then cut later , ive heard of clean bulking and&amp;nbsp; i have changed my eating habits , it went from all junk food to half , im slowly changing but its complicated with years of eating that way. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;the side and back cellulite bugs me so much , is this a normal part of bulking and will it just go away when i cut&amp;nbsp; like 8 months down the road?&amp;nbsp; i know i eat unhealthy but i am slowly changing. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;being that im like 155 5'11 . my apparence is fairly skinny.... yet i have cellulite ont he side up to my pec and lower back ect!... so is this a normal part of bulking? ahhhh , thanks! &lt;br&gt;   </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=273826</link><pubDate>Fri, 13 Jul 2007 22:28:47 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
