(thebigdao)</title><description>  Alright, so I've been trying to come up with a schedule of what to take and when.&amp;nbsp; I know some things compete for absorption and all that, and some things do better right around your workout time or bedtime.&amp;nbsp; Should I change anything up? Do more? Do less? Here's what I have so far: &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Wake up- Nitrix, NO Xplode &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Workout- Plenty of water &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Immediately after workout- Cellmass/Creatine in juice &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Breakfast, a little while later (like 1/2 an hour to an hour or so)- Axis HT, Oatmeal, Protein shake &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Between breakfast and lunch- Truemass &amp;amp; 6 egg whites &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Immediately before lunch- Nitrix &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Lunch- Axis HT, lean beef/chicken, starch, green vegetable &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Between lunch and dinner- Another protein shake &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Immediately before dinner- Nitrix &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Dinner- Same as lunch &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Before bed- Muscle milk, BCAA (is this the right time to take this?) &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  I welcome all feedback and suggestions.&amp;nbsp; I'm trying to get big (at least 185-200) and have hit 165 so far.&amp;nbsp; Started out at 130 back in January.&amp;nbsp; Thanks a lot y'all! &lt;br&gt;   </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=273078</link><pubDate>Thu, 12 Jul 2007 09:27:53 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
