AND LIQUID VS. POWDER CREATINE (zerocygnal)

I use the V12 and I like it alot. As far as old creatine...I used the recommended amount from a container that was well over a year old. It was by prolabs or something I think. All I remember is getting insanely sick and nausea for about an entire day. I would recommend throwing out the old even if it's just "In question".

Liquid stuff I know nothing about, i've never tried it.

RE: CREATINE SHELF LIFE? AND LIQUID VS. POWDER CREATINE (WDNinABQ)

Yep. Kris (the guy who makes this site possible), posted earlier about a liquid creatine manufacturer that got sued because there wasn't any creatine in their product...

Stick with the powder, and if you're worried about bloating, try one of the products like V12 or Swole.

RE: CREATINE SHELF LIFE? AND LIQUID VS. POWDER CREATINE (Misanthropy)

Powder.....liquid turns into creatinine. Creatinine is useless to the body.

The bond of the chemicals can break down after time, so if you take it after the expiration date, then the creatine bond will be weaker and the results will be less. It depends on how long it has passed the expiration date.

If you take too much powder creatine, there is the possibility that some will be discarded as well as some stomache discomfort. Stick to 5-10g's a day.

CREATINE SHELF LIFE? AND LIQUID VS. POWDER CREATINE (3DAYS2GLORY)

I have this big jug of Creatine by EAS..no exp. date....I know the stuff eventually goes bad..but anyone know how long of a shelf life it has?

also..I have read different articles on liquid creatine and powdered creatine..I read that an insane amount of the powder is discarded from your body..and it bloats womens' abdomens..but then again the whole article was written BY the makers of the liquid creatine..

what are your thoughts on this...liquid? or powder?
