(twistedlink)

haha well quite honestly most people at my gym dont bench 220lbs, so id be happy just being on that for now!

220lbs is respectable, much better than 120lbs anyway LOL.
RE: NEW PICTURES! (IBendBarbells)

I think the funniest part is you thought 220lbs would be insane to hit this year.. you doubted your self ever being able to hit it anytime soon..

I did say from 185 lbs to 225lbs happens fast though. 225 - 255 takes some time..

RE: NEW PICTURES! (twistedlink)

As long as i hit 200lbs in 2008 i dont mind if its december, june, or january (doubtful LOL) but i wanna hit a fairly lean 200lbs by 2008

right now im a very strong 175lbs, shaky 180lbs, usually after drinking water and creatine, so yeah, 178lbs probably is a much more correct number

I dont know how much is creatine, im not bloating much at all, unfortunately that camera is crap quality, so you cant see much.

Im nearly benching 220lbs man, lock point, il get that 220lbs ANY week now, 3 weeks max personally-hopefully.

I can do 210lbs, and probably 215lbs (only ever tried 210lbs and 220lbs) so 220lbs is literally right round the corner.

Yeah ive had a BIG sucess this year, 2007 is the year i learned, and man, its from that diet im doing, cycling protein and carbs just adds ****loads of mass, maybe its because im ecto or i have good genetics, but either way, its working for me, and im sticking to it
RE: NEW PICTURES! (IBendBarbells)

My guess is 178lbs possibly Not 180 yet but just under.. maybe even 175. Traps and side deltoids have really added some size. Could hit the upper chest more get it to catch up.

Everything is forming very nicely. I am shocked twisted you really know what your doing. Your almost exactly one year behind me in gains. Your progress has been just about the same as mine. if you hit 190 by december I seriously think your going to be 205 by the same time next year as I got to it this year. So I think that was in June... So my guess is you will be 200lbs or so by June of next year.

BTW how is the bench going? You must be close to 235lbs by now.

RE: NEW PICTURES! It doesn't always work but it has a few times for me and I'm much smaller than your friend is.

One punch to the nose is enough to cause a nose bleed in nearly anyone. After one starts bleeding it usually distracts them enough for me to push them out of the way and run if the guys are too big to fight.
RE: Twisteds program journal (twistedlink)

well my big friend accidently broke his friends arm just messing around.

I think he realises if he goes out of control, hes gonna be done for murder, he is immense, Not many people could ever get him on the floor or damaged in any kind of detrimental way.

He is a really nice guy, just...dont start a fight with him LMAO.

Ive edited the entire fight because it involved at the end gun crime, and i dont want to be targeted for that ****, so edited away, hoorah

its alright going for one guy, but, when 2-3 others are round you, its impossible.
RE: Twisteds program journal (raidendavidb)

Twisted in that situation either both you and your friend run like a ****(what I would do) or if you can't then just get incredibly violent on one of the guys. I'm pretty sure if your friend got violent on one of them and smashed their faces in that the rest would run.

Most people will run once they think your willing to kill them but that means you have to know how to fight properly, most people don't fight very violently and hold back.

RE: Twisteds program journal (twistedlink)

I had a fight last night, groovy!
RE: Twisteds program journal (twistedlink)

lol, well my dad didnt actually "make" me until he was 37, hes now 58 this year, and im 20 this year, obviously take the 9 months into account

he was nearly 38 though

and all the pics ive seen of him hes around 6'2 1/2" 200-220lbs 7-8%bodyfat

by around age 10-14 he put on a bit of a beer belly (when he was 50 ish) and was around 14%

Hes now hit an all time high at about 16-17% Bodyfat, but is slowly shedding it off now, he could do it faster, but he doesnt want to quit drinking beer so...

I think he drinks around 10 pints a day at the pub, then comes home and drinks 4-6 cans, so...lots of beer LOL

hes as ive said before, now 270lbs max, strong 265lbs minimum

RE: Twisteds program journal (raidendavidb)

Twisted after 30 you'll get massive gains but only thing you might have to worry about if your genetics are like mine (which I think they are) is body fat% as my dad's went really high when he reached 30 and he got a beer belly but his shoulders broadened a lot in that time and his legs got even more muscly which I hope will mean I'll get more muscly when I'm 30 if I keep working out and doing cardio.

Good luck with your results aswell.
RE: Twisteds program journal (twistedlink)

well raiden my plan right now is a definite 200lbs for 2008 some time, i know i can definitely reach 200lbs 6% Bf naturally, 220lbs is my next goal at same bodyfat, which is going to be tough, even IBB whos an 1" taller and by the looks of things-bigger bones and does steroid cycles AND higher bodyfat than me, is having trouble staying at a stable 210lbs, so me being 1" shorter, lighter bones, and not taking steroids AND lower Bodyfat, 220lbs is going to be a BIIIITCH.

Thats where im hoping my genetics comes into play, usually males in my family just blow up in the 30's, were late spurters with growth, turns out my dad was tiny too, aged 17 he just grew mad inches to 6'2 1/2", just like me, but i went to 5'10" and just got the 6'0" mark.

im hoping this bodybuilding speeds up the process, and i start getting them freaky genetic gains age 22-23, but thats just hope.

If DBB.com is still around when im 30-watch out, because il easily make 210 or 220lbs

haha grant i doubt il get A's, in actual fact im feeling very doubtful of these A2 exams, theyre tougher and i had lack of sleep, im sure some C's will be in the bag but meh...if i get an A, i will be surprised, and im not being modest, i really will be surprised with an A.
