﻿<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?><rss version="2.0"><channel><title>AM I DOIN IT OR WHAT</title><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/</link><description /><copyright>(c) DiscussBodybuilding.com</copyright><ttl>30</ttl><item><title> AM I DOIN IT OR WHAT (mustangs12)</title><description>  &lt;b&gt;im&lt;/b&gt; trying to cut...stats &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;u&gt;&lt;b&gt;monday&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/u&gt;-bench(incline &amp;amp; decline), latpulldows, push jerks(its like a military press but you use ur legs a little) and this other back thing i dont know what its called &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;tuesday- &lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;curl, incline dumbell curl, shoulders, traps, forerms, triceps,  &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;wednsday-&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;squat, legpress , and lots of other leg machines &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;thursday-&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;off &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  then i just do everything all over agian &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;&lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;&lt;font size="4"&gt;mon - thurs i have football like 3 hrs after i lift so thats my cardio and believe me we do cardio&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;&lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;&lt;font size="4"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;font size="1"&gt;meal 1- srambles eggs and like toast n sausage&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;&lt;font size="1"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;&lt;font size="1"&gt;meal 2 - protien shake (55g protien)&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;&lt;font size="1"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;&lt;font size="1"&gt;meal2- grilled chicken breast like the plain ones i eat 2 of those&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;&lt;font size="1"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;&lt;font size="1"&gt;meal3- what ever carbs i can get before practice&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;&lt;font size="1"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;&lt;font size="1"&gt;meal4- peanut butter beagle&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;&lt;font size="1"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;&lt;font size="1"&gt;meal5- protien shake before bed (only sometomes)55g protien&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;&lt;font size="1"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;font face="times new roman"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;im starting anadrox soon really soon&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;&lt;font size="1"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;&lt;font size="1"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;&lt;font size="1"&gt;SORRY I POSTED THIS IN THE WRONG POST PLACE HAHAHA I FORGOT WHT ITS CALLED BUT SORRY!!!!&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;u&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;   </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=271736</link><pubDate>Sun, 08 Jul 2007 21:45:47 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
