I take 4 caps of WB with my Xceed because I'm around 220 and have been doing this for awhile. You may want to be careful taking Xceed and WB. If you do, try the Xceed as a stand alone, then&amp;nbsp;with 1 WB cap and see how it works and go from there. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  As indicated I used to take my protein shake pre-w/o, actually about 2 hrs before in order to have some protein in my system. However, as I said I now take Replenish (with a little Xceed) during and after my w/o because it does contain at least 20g of protein and other great supps; thereby, eliminating my pre-w/o protein shake. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  This recipe works for me and may not work for others.
