For example, a push day, pull day, etc. Don't have an arms day and a chest day. Have a chest+triceps day (they work together in things like bench). Have a back+biceps day (they work together in bent over rows, pull-ups...) Etc.

How should I do it for the rest of my parts?
RE: In what order to you guys do your parts? (cbmyers2007)

I've been doing mine like this:
Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Arms
Wednesday - Back
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Legs

But the past 2 times I've done my chest(including tonight), I haven't been able to do much more weight, if any. I'm guessing its just because I'm always more tired on monday. On other days during the week, I can go up a pretty considerable amount on all of my other body parts... What should I do about this?
