You need to get 1 gram of protein for every Lb bodyweigth. Example. If you weight 170 lbs then you need to get 170 gr everyday. Then you divide 170 gr in 6 meals, then you would need to get 28.3 gr of protein in every meal. You could eat 4 meals and 2 shakes. The most important supplement to get is Protein, Muscles are primarily made of Protein, so you need it to build those arms you are asking for. Later you could get creatine, but with that budget, Protein Powder is first.

Here I found some Protein Powders that you could get.

New & Improved NytroWhey Extreme - Vanilla $25.50
http://www.prosource.net/product.jsp?path=-1|6430&id=24764

Muscle Milk - Chocolate Mint $19.75
http://www.prosource.net/muscle-milk-chocolate/29-1/14757/

Taking No-Xplode? no way, you wont gain muscle with that, noxplode is a pre-trainer loaded with caffeine and arginine, it will help your veins pup out more and get you more energy when training cause of the caffeine. But it would be money wasted if you dont have a solid diet.

Definitely go with whey protein! Optimum Nutrion Whey is excellent.

100% Whey Gold Standard - Strawberry 2Lbs $14.95
http://www.prosource.net/100-whey-gold/14958-1/14885/

RE: advice (Yet)

ORIGINAL: kunalgarg

hi ppl jst need help 4m u l i am a beginner and need to hav sum supplements i am lean and hav my arms 12 inches i jst want to hav gain uptill 14 or 14 1/2 inches. and in proportionate ma body to grow.kindly advixe me shld i tak whey or maass gainer or no xoplode ..ma budget is arnd rs 2500..plzzzzzzzzz rep

Translation:
Hi everyone, I just need some help from you all. I am just beginning to work out and I would enjoy a few supplements. I have a lean body type, and my arms currently are twelve inches in diameter. I would like to bulk up until my arms are fourteen, or fourteen and one half inches. Also, I would like my body to be proportionate. Can you please enlighten me on whether I should take Whey protein, Mass gainer, or no-xplode? My current budget is around $25.00.
