One thing you should keep in mind is that there is no such thing as spot reduction of fat.  In order to see your abs, you'll need to reduce the fat that's hiding them.  To do that, you must reduce your overall body fat.  To do that, you'll need a complete workout and nutrition plan. I have really been doing the abs and give or take 20-50 push up and 15-25 lbs free wieghts.
