I also get the popping sound when i do front raises and side raises, nothing happens when my arms is raised but when it is lowered i get the popping and some pain (side raises) .

http://www.maitrise-orthop.com/corpusmaitri/orthopaedic/88_gagey/fig05.jpg

Also when my biceps are stretched, i remember doing preacher curls and at the bottom when my biceps were fully stretched i felt a sharp pain. Similiar to when i do incline dumbell curls.

Treatment:

Cortisone injection into bicep sheath
Mobic (anti-inflam)

I was doing physical rehab for over 4 months with no success. External rotation, internal rotation, wall push-ups to ground pushups, empty can, stretching ect. Then i just gave up.

I stopped working out immediatley after experiencing popping and pain, i have not been in the gym since. the condition does not affect my everyday living coz their is no pain or anything unless i move my arm in certain ways which i would not normally do. Im just frustrated that i cant get back into the gym because i know it will flare up and get worse.

Anyone know what im doing wrong, any suggestions, help??? im pretty sure its become chronic, how do i get over this? Thanxs
