I currently weight 222lbs at 6ft. BF is 20% and according to their little charts my frame is supposed to weight LBM 180lbs. (I weighed 180 at one time...and i looked starved.) My calorie intake is (according to the formula) supposed to be 3120 calories.

A little insight. I'm am still cutting fat, but lifting as well. My regimen consists of running and boxing for my cardio x2 week. I am weight lifting on a sort of modified Max OT setup because that's what works for me. (I like hammer machines)

I've currently been hovering around 2200 calories and I've finally adapted to that and I don't feel hungry. I have definately increased muscle mass (kinda surprising on such a low intake) and I am slimming up in the waist.

My question is, should I consume calories based on my supposed LBM or my current body weight, while I am cutting?
