Easy.

Low fat diet, fast walking over long distances. 2/4 miles every 3 days.
To cut, or not to cut? (tarros)

Ok, here's the question guys, but first a little back-story.

I have been working out a few months, pleased with gains in some areas, not so pleased in others.
I am going on holiday in 5 weeks and want to be cut for the beach. I am by no means fat, in fact most people describe me as slim but I just need to shed that last lining so I might finally be able to see my abs.

I hear everywhere to go on an 8 week cutting routine but as I only have 5 weeks to go, do you think its do-able?
I have also heard that a low-carb diet is probably the way to go, is this true or should i just do basic reduced-cal?

Thanks everyone for your help.
