You only need to take it 30 mins before you eat. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  However.. honestly.. bottom line.. just take it. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  For example, I was going to take it after I worked out today... but now today is going to be my non-training day and I'll hit the gym tomorrow.  So I'll just take it when I get home. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  As far I'm concerned, the most crucial time for supplementation is post-workout. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  The other stuff.. ah.. just take it.  If you cannot take it early for your reasons, take it after lunch. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  I'd just say, don't take the stuff on a full stomach as you want it to be fully absorbed.  And take it with a full 16-20oz of water. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  I'm really not convinced it will make that big of a difference.  As long as you have creatine in your system, it's all good.  And the excess you do have stored up by creatine supplementation isn't going to flush out in a day. But I would take it every day.  Why? Anyway, I've only been training hard for about 3 months now and I'm noticing good improvement but I've been reading about creatine supplements and after some recommendation I decided to go with the V12 from SAN.  Of course I read the back of the bottle but I don't think I'm going to be taking this stuff twice a day on workout days.  My question is this.  On workout days is it better to take it before or after my workout?  Also, does it really need to be taken on non workout days?  I just got it the other day and so far I've taken it one time which was about 30 minutes before my workout.  lemme know your opinions.
