I have not tired it myself, but judging from the ingredients it looks like an excellent night time protein

Isomatrix Reloaded & Cytosport's Evopro (or MuscleMilk) are also good night time proteins that Ive used

I'm wondering if anyone has heard of this Complex Pro PM by Optiumum. Is it a good PM protein? And if you know any just as good. Where I can get more for less of the price. Thanks for the help!
