(iransan)

been getting a lot of help from you guys and now i've finally joined, awesome site man!!

my question is, do you think a protein liquid like on's amino 2222 bcaa's is a good source for protein? i've currently been using muscle milk lite on breakfast, between meals #2 and #3 (usually have four meals a day with plenty of protein, good fats and carbs in them, as healthy as possible but plenty of everything) and imm. after w/o. plus, a take a capfull of amino 2222 imm. before and imm. after w/o. the label on amino 2222 says hydrolized whey peptides, is this a good quality source of whey?? i used it extensively back in the day since it was the only protein related supp. that i could shug down without gaggin' and feeling sick (thank god for mm!), but i've always been a prolific eater so i guess most of my past success was based on my diet.

just trying to get back in the game after a looong time off due to frustration from a work related accident, so any help would be greatly appreciated!!

p.s. just in case, i'm 6'1", 155lbs., skinny/athletic, moderate to fast metabolism.

thanks!

[image]local://17881/28B77B9314D94C1D9243AA037AA622EB.jpg[/image]
