Training your abs everyday may not be such a good idea, though. (apnavratil)</title><description>  &amp;lt;reposted in correct forum&amp;gt; &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  Well, I've taken&amp;nbsp;some supplements before. But i never really had any 3rd party input/advice on what to take. I am 21 yrs old,&amp;nbsp;5'10, 165 lbs (which has been unchanged for years, though i've always wanted to gain weight). I am relatively cut, perhaps 10-12% BF, But my goal is to be about 180lbs and ripped like crazy. Like Lean, but not huge, and cut as f***..  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Right now all i take is Pro Complex protein shake. I used to take cell tech with it, but i found my heart rate would sky rocket when if tried doing any cardio and got scared. Now i come to this forum and i see people taking like 5+ different supplements at a time, like flaxseed and fish oil.. what the hell is that stuff for?  &lt;br&gt;  i consider taking a weight gainer, but i dont want to lose what cutness i have. I figure if i took it and did lots of sprints+running it would be okay.. but what about creatine can you take it and run without having your heart explode?
