In a nutshell i can tell you that what you need to do is figure out your maintence weight and subtract 500 cals from it and eat that amount. No processesed foods or sugars, alot of protein, lift and then a good cardio like HITT or some intense intreval training and rest at night. You should lose about a pound or more and about .5 percent body fat per week. Slow but do it right and oyeah 5-6 complete meals(lean protein, fiberous carb and starchy carb). Good luck with football.

RE: LOST (kev1n)

 anything???

LOST (kev1n)

im preparing for my football season which begins in mid-late august...by then i wish for my body fat to be between 7 and 9 percent i am currently at 20 percent...im 6'1-'2 and 195 lbs...the only problem is i cant afford to lose the mucle mass i gained this past offseason by cutting cals drasticly how can i retain the muscle but lose the fat...any help wud be greatly appreciated
