Best advice I can give is USE DB's... avoid BB's at all cost.. because like you said.. the good side will take over and push most of the weight.. leaving the weak side.. weak..

I've had more improvement with DB's in the last 3 weeks than I had using BB's for 12..

Good luck..

ORIGINAL: flexguyuk

Hi guys advice needed.
After a rhomboid injury which is healing i've recently found that when i train i can't get my left side to pump up, and my right side seems to be pumping up great. I've been to Physio who said it was only a minor pull, but it's screwd my Benching, My shoulder press and my tricep work. All the effort seems to be done by my right side. Is this some sort of Muscle inhibition which will go away, or Impingement or merely my right side compensating for my left slightly injured side? Any suggestions and thoughts on how i can 'kick-start' my left side again would be appreciated, before i become lop-sided!!

can't pump left side (flexguyuk)

 Hi guys advice needed.
After a rhomboid injury which is healing i've recently found that when i train i can't get my left side to pump up, and my right side seems to be pumping up great.
