(Persis)

hmmm about my refrigeration question, i looked up a lot of other creatine products and a lot of them say do not refrigerate. but the xceed rep said its ok to refrigerate. any reason why xceed is ok to refrigerate but not most other creatine products?

RE: xceed still reputable? (getnat)

A slight digression but I think overall, yes, Xceed is working for most people. Unfortunately not for me.

For you mate, I suggest getting a friend to spare you a few servings for a few workouts and gauge the results for yourself.

What I like about my local sellers is that they usually have 'travel packs' that are basically individually packaged servings of a supp. Cheaper as well, usually US$10+ for a week's serving. Then I try and see I respond. Try to find a retailer that has such offers, you need to find what works for you
RE: xceed still reputable? (Persis)

its true, i was on cellmass and n.o. xplode b4 i go on xceed and i have to admit they worked pretty well. but the thing i didnt like about n.o. xplode is that i didn't get that focus or super power, i just got big pumps. and i didn't like the fact that it was overloaded with caffiene, as i haven't drunk any caffiene before n.o. xplode (yeah i dont drink coffee or soda or tea or anything like that, just water). but it still didn't effect me, so i dunno what to say. but i hope xceed will work just as good as cellmass.

RE: xceed still reputable? (getnat)

I've tried both, Xceed and Sustain (their whey blend). I'm now using BSN's NO-Xplode, Cellmass and Syntha-6.

Pluses and minuses for both, really.

Price - Xceed, definitely. Not only is it cheaper, it gives almost 1.5 times as many servings as BSN. BSN - Approx 40 servings, Xceed - Approx 60

Taste - BSN's better. I don't know why most people say Xceed Lemon Blast flavour is great. I cringe with every sip, even after diluting it at twice that of the instructions. BSN is like drinking a nice fruit juice.

But those 2 points aren't as important as EFFECT.

I've been using BSN for slightly under a week, and I have to say it's giving me MUCH better results than Xceed. I took pictures of myself before and after Xceed + Sustain, almost no change. I kept my workouts similar - 5-6 days of training a week. I do MMA, Muay Thai, Dragonboat, and good old gym. All intensive.

BSN's Nitric oxide seems to be the defining factor, really. When I use it I swear I need to rip the weights apart, and my martial arts drill were precision. Xceed... as I said, I even hate drinking it. It doesn't help with focus and energy.

Basically, BSN might cost a bit more, but the extra ingredient such as the NO and the glutamain for recovery help alot. Convenience for a slightly steeper price.

But I have to say though, Designer Supp's Sustain is goddamned delicious. I might even go back to it after finishing BSN's protein equivalent.
RE: xceed still reputable? I w/o in the early AM and take 1 serving of Xceed 45 minutes before my w/o along with 3-4 caps of White Blood (that's just me). I also prepare a serving of DS-Replenish that I sip on during my workout between sets and finish the rest immediately after my workout.

On non-w/o days I'll take another serving of Replenish. Of course there are other supps that I take like ON-whey, multi's, BCAA's,antioxidants, etc.
