(GiZZ054)</title><description>  there is no magic supplement that will cause your belly fat to poof. my advice would be to do a fair amount of cardio weekly, but mix it up. also target those areas with weight training so that once you work off your fat, you will have some muscle to show. along with cardio and weight training, keep a lean diet with lots of protien and continue to avoid fast food. when dieting, make a journal of what you eat on a regular day; before you change your diet. once you see how many calories/fat/protien you consume on a daily basis, adjust it to fit your diet. </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=257592</link><pubDate>Mon, 21 May 2007 20:00:34 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title> when will I begin seeing results?  should I cut?? (JDS)</title><description>  Ive been lifting for about 3 months now and Im not seeing any results.&amp;nbsp; Right after my workout I see a little bit but I assume its because im still pumped up.&amp;nbsp; Also any good ideas for losing love handles and a little belly??&amp;nbsp; I used to eat alot of fast food and soda.&amp;nbsp; Gave it up almost 7 9 months ago but ive still got the belly from it.&amp;nbsp; Any good supplements to target there and help me cut???
