(Bigc_sams777)

Thanks man! I'll remember that! And oh yeah one last question! U seem to know an awful lot. Have u ever heard of hyperdrol X2 and mass FX? Are they good supplements worth the money, and more importantly, do they have any steroid like side effects like sterility or anything like that? People say good things, but I just wanted to be sure before I buy it. I'm 18 years old my the way and currently taking whey protein and creatine.

RE: Will working squat increase my deadlift? (Marc David)

 It can be done.

But let me warn you.. it's DIFFICULT.

The only times I've done such is when I'm using the Optimum Anabolics program. I think Jeff's idea was maximum hormonal stimulation.

At this time, I don't do it but I have and was pleased with it. But it's so tough that it's just something I did on that program for a few weeks. Not a long term plan. It's pretty stinking hard.

Many people will give you the stink eye when you say you do it or see you doing it.

But you know what?

It's not that it's wrong. It's more like if you can do that, you are an animal and far beyond their comprehension.

RE: Will working squat increase my deadlift?
