(Krieger)

Exactly! To tell you the truth, yes, HST is better. Because you don't kill yourself (never go to failure) and produce positive results and it's all based on science. I'm gaining more in HST than Optimum Anabolics and I don't feel so much pressure.

RE: That's it! Do you like it better than OA? How fast have you gained lean mass on OA and how fast on HST?

RE: That's it! But if you have issues, than use it.

Do you have a journal of Optimum Anabolics? Right now I'm in love with HST, and I don't plan on returning OA too soon.
RE: That's it! I'm finished for now, and I have to do a major cutting :) I ate so much crap into this course it would be no surprising I would be a bit more fat too. Anyway, now into cutting I go !!!

That's it! I want to shredd off this fat!

Next week I will go into cutting phase, but I will remain sticking to optimum anabolics - it's time to test it as a fat burning program ;)

I'm very excited about going on the next phase, I have big plans and I will start a new log to the next week.

Thanks smf_4ever and everyone!
RE: 9th (smf_4ever)

Great job dude!!! I just completed week 13... and for now.. I am out (shoulder injury/surgery required soon).. So I (due to bitterness) will not be typing out all my journals.... OA works like a MoFo!! I guess they were there but I just didn't noticed them. I feel good overall, with lots of energy. I think I look healthier overall, this includes skin and hair. BUt I have to say this is because of diet also.

And I doubt I hadn't any good hormonal increases as I'm absorbing so much protein as it shows my weight. Of course I have to say it was 2 kg in one month because in the three weeks of low protein phase I gained only half kilo... but its 2,5 kg in one month or 5.5 lbs in one month, which is great anyway!
RE: 9th (Krieger)

Today I Weighted myself in fasting and the number in the scale was unbelievable as it was the number I was optimistically expecting. I'm weightin 94 KG, which means in only one week I gainned 2 kg of close to 100% muscle. Which means 4.4 Lbs in one week!. I now it's seems advertising sh"t (which I hate), but I was skeptically amazed! IT WORKS! I never gainned 2 kg of muscle so fast ever, and I hope this keeps going like this.

Also, I can say it was very very small amount of fat added if it was. I'm very paranoid about my fat and belly gains and I would notice them quickly. My friends would also. They were telling me this week I look bigger.

I can see major gains in back and in shoulders, as it's overall size.

Let's keep movin'!
RE: 9th (Krieger)

       WEEK 10 - DAY FIVE (fri/july)
HYPERADAPTIVE
HIGH PROTEIN + 1
Chest/Abs

ss1
Dumbbell Flyes 6x12 6x10 6x8
Bench Press to Neck 28x12 28x10 28x8

ss2
Dumbbell Flyes 6x12 6x10 6x8
Bench Press to Neck 28x12 28x10 28x8

ss3
-

Great workout, feels pumped. I did not notice any major changes, really. Maybe some strenght gains in the first two weeks. My sex drive was not yelling like I thought it was going to be, but it's high normally so :) I was amazed about how I didn't lost any muscle or had any troubles with this diet, it seems to handle just fine. I even thought I was more bulky by the mirror.. but I think I'm still with that belly... very weird, it seems like this program mess with your body greatly... I mean, sometimes I feel thinner and sometimes fatter... that's strange...

    WEEK 10 - DAY ONE (mon 17/july)
HYPERADAPTIVE
HIGH PROTEIN + 1
SHOULDERS

SS1
Front Dumbbell Lateral Raise 4x12 4x10 4x8
Barbbell Military Press 8x12 8x10 8x8

SS2
Rear Dumbbel Lateral Raise 4x12 4x10 4x8
Side Dumbbell Lateral Raise 4x11 4x9 4x8

SS3
Rear Dumbbell Lateral Raise 4x12 4x10 4x8
Barbbell Military Press 12x12 12x10 12x8

That's a relief. Going on progressive loading while in low protein diet is exausting and all you wait is for this first week of relief.
I can take my ass of protein now... milk, milk, milk! and eggs, and meat, never tasted so good! I'm having a pizza this weekend for sure. Maybe two. :)

Hyperadaptive I'm going into low weights but with some volume (i'm repeating some exercises from the same tables). Anyone has a comment on doing the same exercise in different times, like I did with military press?

Shoulders are very nice and I can see in the mirror (with proper lighting) a separation of delts and triceps.
