(Caesar)

What I first did was to cook in bulk as it was easy and portioning was less painful.

I would buy 2-3 Kg of veggies (sometimes frozen ones) and 1-2 Kg of meat (Chicken breast of lean red meat).

Id then cook it all together, working out macronutrients as I did and divided the cooked product into 12 small resealabe plastic tubs.

Basically, I had 4 days worth of 3 meals that way and every day Id take 3 tubs with me to work and eat one every 3 hours. Breakfast and pre/post workout nutrition made up the rest of the meals for the day. This was I was only cooking big 2-3 times a week and could relax the rest of the time so cooking was never a Pain in the A.

Was very convenient when I worked an office job. Not so much now. But I regret not being able to do it now as it was the best way to ensure I was eating right as each serving was exact in Protein/Carb/Fat mix and I got my best muscle gain and fat loss doing this.

RE: Help with a meal plan? (Yet)

Well I've been working out for a few weeks now, and I've saved up for my own fridge (I live with my parents). Come Friday I'm going to buy my fridge, and food to put in it. Can anyone recommend anything to buy? Money isn't really a problem because this girl I've been getting with works at the food store I go to and gives me her 45% discount.

EDIT: I burn 2130 calories a day, so I need to eat about 1600-1700 a day.
